This week’s worship video (14th Sunday After Pentecost – September 11) will not be published until midweek. Sorry for the delay.
Remember to bring your spare coins, that you’ve been saving over the summer, to this Sunday’s service. This is an excerpt from the June 12th worship guide explaining the proposed and adapted program, which started that Sunday and ends this weekend.
“We all could save up loose change we find beginning now and wrapping up Labour Day Weekend. We’d count up how much we all collected and then convert the coin to a cheque or cash and present it to agencies that provide school lunches for kids (Port Cares in Port Colborne, and Diamond Trail School in Welland).
I would give ‘for keeps’ pottery pieces as collection dishes/jars for anyone who would want one.” – Pastor Bart
We are unable to say right now if our service will go ahead this evening, due to the unpredictability of a slow moving weather system from the west. It appears it may bypass us completely, but that won’t be known until at least 5pm. Stay tuned.
New brighter LED lights were recently installed in the parking lot. Thanks to an anonymous donor and Norm for arranging…
