BOWDEN, Maurice (Moe) With great sadness, we announce the passing of Maurice Bowden. He was a wonderful, loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and friend. Maurice passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side, at home Saturday, October 13, 2018. He was born in Dunnville, Ont., on July 12, 1933 to the late Kenneth and Evelyn (Dibbele) Bowden. He is survived by his wife, Simone (Cormier) Bowden; sons, Jeff (Jenn), New Zealand; and Gregg (Melissa), Belleville, Ont.; daughter, Abby (Anton), Niagara Falls, Ont.; grandchildren, Ellyanna, James and Ana; also many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be in St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Cheticamp, Saturday, October 20th at 10:30 a.m. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Sunset Funeral Co-operative, Margaree Valley.
