Who’s The Artist?

While cleaning out the basement of our church recently, this water colour painting was found amongst the clutter. It measures about 40 inches by 33 inches. There is nothing on it to identify the artist or when it was painted. If you have any ideas about it’s origin, please leave a comment in the comment box below.
