On Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 5:30pm, St. Matthew’s once again held its ever popular Roast Beef dinner, after a 2 year hiatus due to the COVID pandemic.
The theme this year was New Orleans/Mardi Gras. Bill Bender and family was instrumental in providing and decorating the Fellowship Hall for the dinner. The dinner was catered by Melanie Funk Laskaris and family.
It takes the efforts of many people to make our Roast Beef Dinner a great success: Organizers, decorators, set-up/cleaning crew, cooks, servers, prize donors and attendees . We thank all of you!
