We also had our Future Directions workshop today in the Fellowship Hall. Our facilitator, Dianne Yungblut, explained the purpose, process and procedure for the subsequent work group discussions.

St. Matthew’s held it’s Annual Spring Bike Clinic and Neighbourhood BBQ in the parking lot today. The Clinic and BBQ was held from 10am to noon. The weather co-operated and we had a good turn out of bikes and neighbours. Volunteers checked 22 bikes and a total of 40 plus enjoyed the BBQ. Several bike helmets (donated by Welland Kiwanis Club) were given out to neighbourhood children who did not own one. A big THANK YOU to all who volunteered their time for this worthwhile event.
