Passed away peacefully with her loving daughter by her side at Woodland’s of Sunset on Monday, May 13, 2024, in her 96th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank (2013). Dear and loving mother of Shirley (Dan Twining). Dear sister of Elvira Pravitz (the late Frank), Martha Don (the late David), and Emilie Blaha (Ted). Gusty will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by her brother’s Rudy Gosas (Emma) and Oswald Gosas (Annemarie) and her sister Emma Houg (Ron). The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Woodland’s of Sunset for the care and compassion Gusty received during her stay. Friends and family will be received at the Pelham Funeral Home, 1292 Pelham Street Fonthill on Monday, May 20th from 2 – 4:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery on Wednesday, May 22 at 10:00 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
