Our 2024 Roast Beef Dinner was held at 5:30 pm on Saturday, February 10, 2024, in the Fellowship Hall at St. Matthew’s. The menu included delicious roast beef, hot baked potatoes, corn, green string beans, green salad and strawberry layered cake. Refreshments included soft drinks, water, tea and coffee.
The dinner was catered/hosted by Melanie and her hard working staff. Dianne acted as master of ceremonies for the evening. Numerous door prize draws were made during the evening for items donated by members and friends of St. Matthew’s. A silent auction was also held with donated gifts.
The hall and tables were decorated in a New Orleans/Mardi Gras theme by Bill B.
Again this year, many people were involved to make our Roast Beef Dinner a great success: Organizers, decorators, set-up/cleaning crew, cooks, servers, prize donors and attendees . We thank all of you!
