LAZOREN, Helen – The family of Helen Lazoren (nee Medovarski) are full of sorrow to announce her passing on Saturday, March 26, 2016 in her 88th year. She is survived by her daughters Kathy Prime (John) and Tammy Alcide (Bill Wilkes), grandchildren Valerie Robert-Swartz (Tom), Rebecca Prime (Adam Kerr), Holly Prime, Crystal Alcide and Jonathan Alcide (Jennifer Nourse). She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Tommy and Tessa Swartz, Lily Kerr and Maggie and Raine Alcide. She also leaves behind her sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews from the Lazoren family. She was predeceased by her husband Steve, parents John and Dora Medovarski, sister and brother-in-law Dorothy and Julian Lasota and brothers and sister-in-law and nieces and nephews of the Lazoren family. We would like to thank Dr. K. Kundi and her staff for the many years of care. A special thank you to the staff of the No Frills store in Welland. Everyone went out of their way to talk and joke with her. It was her favourite place to visit. Cremation has taken place.
