14 TH ANNUAL LADIES’ NIGHT OUT on Friday, May 11, brought over 80 ladies of all ages to enjoy the sumptuous meal of penne, meatballs, chicken nuggets, 3 kinds of salad, rolls, cake, coffee and tea. There was also the fruit of the vine for those who enjoy it with a meal. All of this, of course, cooked and served by a dozen magnificent men, who also did the dishes and cleaned up afterward, which is very impressive to us ladies. Proceeds from the very popular penny sale together with a freewill offering raised $1050 for the soup kitchen at Hope Centre. This year we were pleased to have a number of ladies from First Lutheran, Port Colborne, join us for this enjoyable evening out.
